ABOUT HELENA

I am both a Human and Equine osteopath, and a keen competitor in show jumping and dressage. My decision to become an osteopath and take on 7yrs of university study was made after witnessing the transformative impact of osteopathy on 2 of my horses, and the boost in performance of both my competition horses and myself with biomechanical evaluation and treatment.

Osteopathy became my avenue for unravelling the complexities of both the equine and human anatomy and biomechanics, and emphasised the critical physical relationship between horse and rider. I am passionate about treatments which demonstrate a clear improvement in performance in the horse, the rider, and their partnership together.

Inspired by my work in Australia, where I witnessed the remarkable benefits of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy in performance horses first-hand, I completed further training to become a Magnawave certified practitioner. I am now able to integrate this latest therapeutic technology into my clinic and offer the ultimate synergy of osteopathy and PEMF to optimise equine healing.

My dedication to enhancing the well-being of horses and fostering harmonious partnerships between horse and rider, underpins my commitment to delivering exceptional care and transformative results.
